How quickly are packages delivered?

Usually, it takes around 10 days to deliver an order. It takes 3 to 7 days to fulfill an order plus:

• 3 to 4 business days to ship it in the U.S.
• 6 to 8 business days to ship in Europe

My order should be here by now, but I still don't have it. What should I do?

Before getting in touch with us, please help us out by checking your shipping confirmation email for any mistakes in the delivery address

If the shipping address was correct, and the package wasn't left at the post office or at your neighbor’s, get in touch with us at contact@lifeoflabs.com with your order number.

If your shipment was returned to our factory as undeliverable, we can send a replacement, but additional shipping will be at your cost.

How do I track my order?

You’ll receive a tracking link via email when your order ships out. If you have any questions about your tracking or shipment, drop us a line at  contact@lifeoflabs.com.

I received a wrong/damaged product, what should I do?

We’re so sorry if the product you ordered arrived damaged. To help us resolve this for you quickly, please email us at contact@lifeoflabs.com within a week with photos of the damaged product, your order number, and any other relevant details.

We’ll get back to you with a resolution as soon as possible!

How should I wash my printed Apparel?

We use the latest direct-to-garment (DTG) printing technology and high-quality inks that won't fade for a long time if taken care of properly.

Keep in mind that the original manufacturer's care instructions don't take into consideration the DTG printing process. So we suggest following the care instructions on this page to learn how to take care of your printed garments properly.

Printed apparel can be machine-washed cold, inside-out on a gentle cycle with a mild detergent and like colors. Use non-chlorine bleach only when necessary. You shouldn't use any fabric softeners or dry-clean the items.

DTG-printed apparel can be tumble-dried on a low cycle, but hang-dry works best. When it comes to ironing, use cool iron inside-out. Don't iron the print.

Follow these instructions carefully to avoid fading and cracking of the print, and shrinking the garment that can occur if you wash or dry it on a high setting.

How should I wash my Mug?

Our White Ceramic Mugs with Color Inside are microwave and dishwasher safe.

Our Black Magic Mugs, however, should only be hand-washed, and you can't put them in a microwave. Note that they're also prone to scratches, so be extra careful.

What is combed and ringspun cotton?

Compared to standard cotton, the combed and ringspun cotton has two additional processes that result on an ultra-soft & very durable cotton t-shirt.

- Spinning: where a lot of short cotton strands are taken out

- Combing: where short mid-size strands of cotton are combed out

Combed and ringspun garments are thinner, softer, more durable, have a higher-end feel and do not shrink as much as your average 100% cotton shirt.

What is organic cotton?

The term organic describes a method of farming without the use of toxic and persistent pesticides or fertilizers, sewage sludge, irradiation or genetic engineering, and are certified by an accredited independent organization. It is a system of farming that strives for a balance with nature, using methods and materials that are of low impact to the environment (Source: Organic Trade Association, 2008).
